About me

Solution Focused Brief Therapist, Christian Counsellor/Therapist, Teacher, MA
Solution Focused Art® Instructor (student)
I am a mother of three teenagers, an entrepreneur, a therapist. The values that I take at heart are appreciative and kind encounters with people, creating a good connection, reliability, creativity, achieving goals and a taste of adventure!
The way to think for me is solution focused and I like to find new, surprising perspectives on even difficult issues and situations. When I trained as a therapist, I focused especially on neuroplasticity, i.e. the ability of our brain to change and shape itself based on new experiences and new thoughts. Our thoughts and how we direct them play a major role in this process.
Having also been trained in many of life's storms, I have strongly come to the conclusion that our dreams are the spice of life. Where would we be without dreams, without hope for a better life - a life that feels, looks and is uniquely your own! You can always start anew or look for a new direction with gentle trust in life and dreams that carry you on.
In my free time, I like to go for long walks in the woods with my dog Bertta, go ice swimming in the winter and have many cups of warm tea. I also love to sing in a choir and occasionally paint.
